Skills Required

PROPERTY MANAGER

Location: Saffron Walden, Essex

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend a morning meeting to plan and set targets for the day ahead.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants for a portfolio of properties.
  • Ensure clients are fully updated on the progress of any outstanding issues regularly.
  • Ensure all required safety checks are carried out at the required time.
  • Liase with contractors to ensure repairs and maintenance work are carried out in a timely manner to the correct standard.
  • Carry out property inspections. 


Skills Required

  • Driving licence and own transport essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good IT and admin skills.
  • Organised and able to work under pressure.

SATURDAY LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR 

Location: Saffron Walden, Essex

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers on accompanied viewings
  • Assist customer enquiries in person, over the telephone or via email
  • Required to work every Saturday between 9am & 5pm

  • Smart in appearance
  • Possess good customer service skills
  • Have a confident mature manner
  • Current driving licence and own transport essential
