LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR 

Location: Saffron Walden, Essex


Key responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience of working within a sales environment, working to KPI's and achieving targets. You must thrive on working in a fast paced and demanding culture. Lettings experience is preferred but not essential.  Industry experience or track record of success in sales in another industry. Target Driven and competitive. Excellent customer service skills. Driving licence and own transport essential.

The role

  • Attend a morning meeting to plan and set targets for the day ahead.
  • Arrange multiple viewings for potential clients to generate lets.
  • Strong daily focus on generating new business for the company.
  • Ensure all our properties are presented well online.
  • Liaising with Buy to Let investors who are looking to start or grow their portfolio.
  • Ensure customers are fully protected by offering Tenants Contents Insurance and Landlord Insurance.

SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR 

Location: Saffron Walden, Essex

Key Responsibilities

  •  Effectively handle all enquiries whether in the office, by telephone, by email or on company appointments
  • Maximise all sales opportunities - win valuations, mortgage appointments, conveyancing and survey instructions
  • Win property sales by obtaining, presenting and negotiating offers successfully
  • Provide great customer service to all our customers
  • Understand and work within all legislative and compliance standards


Skills Required

  • Mature, confident attitude and approach
  • Target driven sales experience
  • Enthusiastic with a desire to be the best
  •  Focused and supportive to other team members
  •  Current driving licence and own transport essential
