Key Responsibilities

  •  Effectively handle all enquiries whether in the office, by telephone, by email or on company appointments

  • Maximise all sales opportunities - win valuations, mortgage appointments, conveyancing and survey instructions

  • Win property sales by obtaining, presenting and negotiating offers successfully

  • Provide great customer service to all our customers

  • Understand and work within all legislative and compliance standards

Skills Required

  • Mature, confident attitude and approach

  • Target driven sales experience

  •  Focused and supportive to other team members

SATURDAY LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR (SAFFRON WALDEN)

Location: Saffron Walden, Essex

  • General office duties to include: Dealing with face to face and telephone enquires, booking appointments, copying and scanning, emailing internally and externally
