The majority of our estate agency branch teams are now on furlough due to the recent situation the Coronavirus has placed us in. We have retained minimal staff including our Senior Management team to remotely oversee any transactions, advise customers and provide support where required.
We are making use of the Government’s furlough scheme to safeguard our business and protect all jobs for the long term. We have also decided to pay our furloughed colleagues 100% of their basic salary and their commission throughout both April & May as a way of thanking them for their continued support to our business.
Sue Johns our Branch Manager says “Our biggest asset is our staff, their peace of mind is our priority so this was, of course, a natural decision for us to make.”
We will continue to deliver support to our colleagues as best as we can during this challenging time, and we look ahead to being back to work together again and physically re-opening our branches for business.
