Kevin
Moll FNAEA
Kevin was educated in Saffron Walden and Ipswich before
receiving a Diploma in Rural Estate Management at
Cirencester. His estate agency career began in 1982
in Kevin Henry's present office working for Edwin
Watson & Sons in Saffron Walden. When the firm was
sold to General Accident he became Branch Manager
before leaving to co-found Kevin Henry in October
1988. An active member of the local rugby club, Kevin
lives locally and supports a number of local clubs,
he is also a keen golfer and yachtsman.

Rowe FNAEA
Henry was born in Clavering and educated in Saffron
Walden, where his father ‘Ted’ Rowe was
Senior Partner of Edwin Watson & Sons. He worked as
an estate agent in Australia before returning to Britain
to pursue his career, eventually leaving the post
of Branch Manager with GA Services in Bishop's Stortford
(formally Edwin Watson & Sons) to co-found Kevin
Henry Estate Agents. He lives in the town and enjoys
keeping fit and spending time with his two children.
