PLUS The latest technology is now used to provide the very best promotion for all property instructions. Comprehensive property details produced in full colour, 4-page glossy brochures, detailed floor plans, 360 degree virtual tours, aerial photographs and location maps are all used to promote individual properties, if required.

PLUS Accompanied viewings are now an option offered to all vendors. Offered at no additional charge, Kevin Henry personnel will organise and accompany all viewings, if required, taking the pressure off busy vendors.

PLUS Communication – Kevin Henry embrace new technologies as they become available, and were one of the first in the area to see the potential of the internet when they launched their website in 1996. Mobile phone technology has also been used to good effect with vendors and buyers offered a range of options to keep them up-to-date, including e-mail, mobile phone and text messages. Of course, we still use landlines and the Post Office, so whoever you are, and whatever technology you use, Kevin Henry will always keep you informed.
