Home Information Packs (HIPs)

Don’t worry about your Home Information Pack (HIP). It’s all part of the service.

Every property being sold needs a HIP when it is put on the market. If you’re selling through Kevin Henry we’ll simply take care of it. We manage the HIPs though our office to make sure they are dealt with quickly and at a reasonable cost.

We’ll even do a HIP for you if you’re selling through another agent.

The Home Information Pack includes: an Energy Performance Certificate, containing advice on how to cut CO2 emissions and fuel bills; a sale statement; and search and title documentation.
