Estate Agents don't always get a good press, and until now we would have agreed with the image portrayed. However, we felt we must write to you to thank you for all that you have done to make this so easy for us. You and your excellent staaff have, in both of our opinions, really earned your money.
You took the pressure away from us, spoke to us in language that we understood and always knew what was going on 'down the line', as it were. In fact, our buyers commented on how helpful you had been to them, (unlike their own Agents) and said that you also kept them informed of developments.
