With a week still to go, Kevin and Henry are delighted that we have seen a substantial increase in the number of sales we have agreed this month.  Apart from a poor month in January, we have been selling in excess of 20 houses a month.  Why the increase?  This increase in sales seems to be going against all the statistical evidence from the likes of Halifax, Nationwide, Rightmove and the Land Registry, who have all suggested that sales are down on last year, and only marginally up on earlier months.  Whilst we have always prided ourselves on having a track record, for the last 22 years, of selling more properties than any of our rivals, it may not be any coincidence that the increase in sales volume has happened at the same time Daniel Plumb started working full time for us.

Daniel has been our Area Manager covering Haverhill and continues to pick business up there, but he has also been using his time to add his vast estate agency experience to the excellent team that Kevin and Henry are rightly proud of.  Daniel said: "I am delighted to be working for a couple of old pro's!  Kevin Henry have always been market leaders and I enjoy working with the friendly and experienced staff, and enjoy the buzz of doing so many sales."
