One of the questions I am frequently asked is, "Why don't I wait for the spring to put my house on the market?  Surely that's when all the buyers are about?"  This is not really the case and many buyers come on to the market in early January, the reason being is that resolutions are made over the Christmas break and often January can be our busiest month.  In the past we have sold in excess of 30 houses in January and 25 in February, so don't wait for the daffodils or tulips, the time to go to the market is now as the crocuses start appearing.
