After 21 years of trading Kevin Henry enjoyed their best December ever, when we agreed sales on 17 properties in December, which eclipses last year's results by some distance, when we only achieved three sales.  Reasons for this success? 

• Motivated buyers, simply not wishing to leave to chance by waiting until January to go and look at properties, actively looked at all new instructions, with many properties going for the asking price or close to. 

This bodes will for the early part of 2010 and already we are busy with viewings and valuations, with supply not likely to satisfy demand in the short term.
