The time to take it easy, put your feet up in front of a roaring log fire, enjoy a quiet drink with friends and family and reminisce on the year that has just passed.  Hold-up - rewind - this is not happening at Kevin Henry - we are absolutely flat out!  Since the beginning of December we have been agreeing a sale a day and we still have many buyers anxiously looking for a home.

What's in greatest demand you ask?  Well I'll tell you.  It's the good old-fashioned three bedroom semi, which we have been selling in great numbers for the last 21 years.  We are almost completely out of these, so if you or any of your friends or family are looking to move in the New Year give us a call now.  We will pop out and do all the necessaries, taking crafty photos avoiding the Christmas decorations, then let you have a peaceful Christmas ready to sell in the New Year.  We also have high demand for all types of properties from flats through to country houses.  Why not give us a ring and plan that move for 2010?

On the social scene, it's not all work and no play for Kevin Henry.  This Thursday we have our staff Christmas party, which we are holding at a local Saffron Walden restaurant, preceded by drinks in the office.  Last week saw the annual Estate Agents and Solicitors Christmas Luncheon.  This is a time when estate agents and solicitors get together and generally take the mickey out of each other.  It is also a useful time for us to catch up with our legal colleagues before they take an extended two-and-a-half week Christmas break.  Don't worry, Kevin Henry are open throughout the Christmas break, but we have decided to take Christmas Day and Boxing Day off and we will need New Year's Day to recover.
