At 8.00am on Saturday October 31st, Henry Rowe, one of the owners of Kevin Henry Estate Agents, started the 24 hour Cyclethon outside Boots in the Market Square on a static bike loaned from Lord Butler Leisure Centre. Two hours later he was followed by Olivia Ainsworth, the speedy Charlotte Mines, Jodie Miller, Carol Duke, Tessa Rock, Steve Billis who created his own micro climate, Gary Ellis, the pocket dynamo Sue Cullen, Sarah Hare, Doug Hazell, Sue Johns, Kevin Moll, Krista Bagley, Stephen Waters and fittingly, the longest serving member of staff Carol Duke finished off the last leg from 7.00am to 8.00am on Sunday morning.

From 9.30 a.m. on Saturday Carol Duke and Sue Johns sold cakes to the public all made by the Kevin Henry Staff / friends and family, making £300.

Donations from the very generous public added another £170 and individual sponsorship is likely to bring in a further £700, with further pledges to be taken into account.

It was a fantastic team effort for a charity that was chosen by the staff for the outstanding work Home-Start do and the big difference they make to young families experiencing difficulties in our local area.

In all, Kevin Henry staff, via a number of fund raising events, have raised over £3000 in 2015.
