Since opening in 1988, KevinHenry have sold more houses each year than any other local agent. Formed by Kevin Moll FNAEA and Henry Rowe FNAEA, we’re now one of the oldest estate agency partnerships in the region and it’s a major benefit to our clients that we’re local people who love the area.

Our Staff

Kevin and Henry are very proud of their staff; they are hugely experienced and bring a wealth of knowledge to bear for the benefit of all our clients. They deliver the high level of personal service that KevinHenry has become renowned for. Many of our staff have been with the company for over 10 years, with Carol Duke starting on our first day of business, over 28 years ago. They are regularly complimented for being proactive, responding quickly, being polite, friendly, approachable and above all highly professional. All of our staff undertake regular training and have recently passed The Guild of Property Professionals Associate exams, which deals in the legislation that governs our business. This helps ensure that all of our clients are kept completely up-to-date with their legal responsibilities. Regular in-house and annual training, from some of the best trainers in the country, help to hone and sharpen selling skills and keep KevinHenry at the forefront of the market.

Henry Rowe FNAEA MARLA Owner

Henry is originally from Clavering where his family still farm. Estate Agency is in his DNA as son of the late Ted Rowe, former senior partner of Watsons Estate Agents. After gaining international experience in Australia with Keogh Real Estate, he returned to manage GA Property Services in Bishop’s Stortford. Eager to be his own man, Henry approached Kevin Moll and Kevin Henry was formed in 1988. A keen cyclist and runner, Henry has completed three marathons and cycled the length of France!

Kevin was educated in Saffron Walden, at Ipswich School and at Cirencester where he gained a diploma in Rural Estate Management. Although he is part of a local farming family, he chose to start in Estate Agency in Saffron Walden with Watsons in 1982, before forming KevinHenry Estate Agents with Henry Rowe in 1988. Kevin has played rugby and hockey for Saffron Walden, ran the London Marathon, and is a regular at his local gym. He loves skiing and races yachts on the East Coast and in national events. He is on the committee of the local rugby club, and enjoys his house in Radwinter and travelling with his wife Sophie.

Carol Duke

Carol Duke Office Administrator

Carol started her working life at Barclays Bank in Saffron Walden, working there for 13 years, latterly as secretary to the manager. After leaving the bank to start a family, she commenced work at KevinHenry Estate Agents when they first opened in 1988, firstly working part-time before going full-time in her position as Office Administrator. Carol has lived in Saffron Walden all her life and her interests are taking her dog for long walks in the countryside, reading, swimming and cycling.

Jodie Miller

Jodie Miller Haverhill Area Manager

Jodie has been with KevinHenry for over a year and manages the Haverhill sales section of the business. She has many year’s of experience working in the industry and also has an extensive knowledge of the legal side, having previously worked in a local solicitors office. She enjoys playing netball for Haverhill Ladies and also spending time with her family and their two horses. She offers a much higher level of service than all her competitors, something appreciated by her growing number of clients

Charlotte Mines  MARLA

Charlotte Mines MARLA Lettings Manager

Charlotte has a lot of experience in lettings management, having worked with Mullucks, Inter County and Savills. She joined Kevin Henry in 2012 and has overseen numerous improvements to the service we offer. These have resulted in KevinHenry becoming the fastest growing agency in the town during that time and, without question, the most popular with tenants and landlords. When not working long hours for KevinHenry, Charlotte is a devoted Mum.

Sue Johns

Sue Johns Sales Co-Ordinator

Sue has worked at Kevin Henry for over 14 years, having previously worked in the City for Legal & Compliance at Credit Suisse and in Corporate Finance at Kleinwort Benson. She enjoys time with her two children, dogs and keeping fit when time permits. Sue receives a steady stream of thank you cards, flowers and bubbly from grateful clients who know that their house move was greatly due to the amount of hard work that Sue has put in on their behalf.

Gary Ellis

Gary Ellis Joined KevinHenry in early 2014 after 5 years studying property at Bristol University, and gaining 3 years experience in a Hertfordshire estate agency. Having learnt about property from a young age, and having a passion for helping people, KevinHenry clients have benefited from his enthusiasm, honesty and determination to succeed. He enjoys spending time with his partner and watching sporting events with his friends

Liz Slade

Liz is a local girl educated at the County High School, she has previously worked in the hospitality industry in London and also at the local nursery School. Liz actively supports local charities and often participates in fundraising events. Liz particularly enjoys meeting people and helping to find their ideal home.

Lucy Clemens

Lucy Clemens Sales Negotiator

Lucy was born and raised in Saffron Walden and has had a keen eye for property since she was young. Previously, Lucy has worked at the Dame Bradbury's nursery and has done work experience in Barclay's Bank and County High School. In her spare time, Lucy enjoys musical theatre, baking and dog walks, and loves making people happy in their search for their perfect home, most recently finding her parent's forever home in France.

Sue Cullen

Sue Cullen Sales Negotiator

Sue is Saffron Walden born and bred. After leaving the County High School she worked for Gordon Long Estate Agents in the town, eventually leaving to start a family. She returned to the work place 16 years later when she joined KevinHenry in 1997. She has a wonderful way with clients, being very sympathetic and is very swift to put a buyer to a property. She is a great asset to KevinHenry. In her spare time She enjoys walking, reading, live music, meeting up with friends and she recently travelled to see her daughter who now lives in Australia

Tessa Rock

Tessa Rock Viewing Staff

Tessa has been with KevinHenry since 2009 as a weekend negotiator, having previously worked for Mars Confectionery as a key account executive. In addition, she has properties in the Canaries, which she lets and manages, as well as operating as an agent for other property owners.

Stephen was a director of Waterstones Books and enjoys the ‘Spurs’, restoring old houses and the arts. He joined us over 6 years ago and has been a real asset, his enthusiasm and care with buyers has resulted in numerous sales and has been greatly appreciated by our clients.

Steve Billis

Steve has been with KevinHenry for a number of years having spent a lifetime in the insurance industry. A rugby player in his day, he is a keen cyclist and has cycled the length of France with Henry. A valuable member of our viewing team who conducts over 80 viewings every week.

Doug Hazell

Doug Hazell Negotiator

Doug has made a huge difference to our lettings team since joining us. He is proactive – not a word you can use in most lettings businesses – quickly matching tenants with property to reduce void periods. He gained a degree in Sport & Leisure Management at Brighton and has worked in sales in the leisure industry before joining Kevin Henry. He is a keen footballer, qualified coach and referee. Doug has quickly become an important part of our expanded residential department.

Louise Mooyer

Louise Mooyer Lettings Manager

Louise joined the expanding Lettings team as a Property Manager and has had 13 years lettings experience. She has lived in and around the Saffron Walden area all her life and therefore has extensive knowledge of the local area and enjoys the short walk to work.

Mike Snowdon

Michael joined Kevin Henry in 2017 and enjoys the challenges of a busy lettings office. Michael has an established background within construction, engineering and aerospace project management. The skills gained are being put to good use within the Lettings environment. Client focused, enjoys the interaction and problem solving. Favoured pastimes include country pursuits, wildlife and walking with dogs
